To place an order for service contact us at:jpcollentro@mindspring.comLaundry Shipping Instructions: We have endeavored to make the shipment of your blanket(s) as easy as possible. Simply follow these instructions:

  1. Print and Fill out the:Laundry Receipt form in PDF
  2. Use a black Sharpie pen to write the owner’s and horse’s name on the underside of the blanket(s) near a strap or buckle.
  3. Print out of the Purchase Order. Place one copy of the Purchase Order in with the blankets. Keep one copy of the Purchase Order for your records.
  4. DO NOT SEND A DAMP OR WET BLANKET(S) AS THE COST OF SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT.
  5. Pack you blankets up in a box, no need to label the box, UPS does it!
  6. CALL QUALITY EQUINE LAUNDRY and we will schedule the
    UPS pick up and delivery
