Laundry Shipping Instructions: (for those who prefer email): We have endeavored to make the shipment of your blanket(s) as easy as possible. Simply follow these instructions:

  1. Take an inventory of the delivery care package we sent you. The package should contain the following items: 1) large nylon shipping bag(s); 2) blanket tag(s); 3) clear plastic bag; 4) laundry receipt; and, 5) our price list.
  2. Fill out the Laundry Receipt email form. Insert the Laundry Receipt number in the Purchase Order No. field.
  3. Use a black Sharpie pen to write the owner’s and horse’s name on the underside of the blanket(s) near a strap or buckle.
  4. Using a black Sharpie pen, on the Blanket Tag(s) write the owner’s name, horse’s name and Laundry Receipt number as large and as neatly as possible.
  5. Attach the Blanket Tag to the blanket’s front buckle or, if there are no buckles, attach the tag to the “D” ring.
  6. Click on the email box to email the order.
  7. Print out three copies of the Purchase Order. Place two copies of the Purchase Order in the plastic bag. Keep one copy of the Purchase Order for your records.
  8. Pack the shipping bag. DO NOT SEND A DAMP OR WET BLANKET(S) AS THE COST OF SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT. Place the blanket(s) in the shipping bag first. Place the plastic bag in the bag on top of the blanket.
  9. Complete the DHL way bill. Place the way bill on the leather patch on the laundry bag.
  10. Call DHL for a pickup.

We have endeavored to make the shipment of your blanket(s) as easy as possible. Simply follow these instructions:

  1. Take an inventory of the "delivery care package" we sent you. The package should contain the following items:
    1) large nylon shipping bag(s);
    2) laundry receipt(s);
    3) blanket tag(s);
    4) clear plastic bag; and
    5) our price list.
  2. USING ONE LAUNDRY RECEIPT PER BLANKET, fill out the Laundry Receipt. Please write legibly. Complete the information as shown on the sample Laundry Receipt we have provided with these instructions, especially your email address and/or fax number. Caution: an incomplete Laundry Receipt may delay the processing of your order.
  3. Use the Sharpie pen to write the owner’s and horse’s name on the underside of the blanket(s) near a strap or buckle.
  4. Using the black Sharpie pen, on the Blanket Tag(s) write the owner’s name, horse’s name and Laundry Receipt number as large and as neatly as possible.
  5. Attach the Blanket Tag to the blanket’s front buckle or, if there are no buckles, attach the tag to the “D” ring.
  6. Pack the shipping bag. DO NOT SEND A DAMP OR WET BLANKET(S) AS THE COST OF SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT. Place the blanket(s) in the shipping bag first. Place the Laundry Receipt in the sandwich bag and then in the bag on top of the blanket.
  7. Call UPS for a pickup. Complete the UPS way bill.
  8. Email the UPS way bill tracking number to QEL (jpcollentro@mindspring.com)
